About Me

With over two decades of experience across technical, operational, and general management roles, I’ve led teams and delivered outcomes across multiple sectors. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) from the UK-based Heriot-Watt University and bring a grounded, real-world perspective to leadership, execution, and organisational transformation.

As a strategic leader, I drive change that aligns purpose, people, and performance. From business model redesign to cultural alignment, I focus on what works. I actively develop leadership frameworks and tools, including the Modo Leader™ archetype, SPACE-C™, and ModoSphere™ currently under peer review and designed to support modern leaders navigating complexity.

As a manager, I translate strategy into delivery. Whether it’s technical rollout, operational scale-up, or process stabilisation, I lead with precision, adaptability, and accountability. I work hands-on, especially when the pressure is high and outcomes matter.

I bring business negotiation capability rooted in practical strategy and leadership psychology. From stakeholder alignment to value creation, I am familiar with distributed, integrated, and rational negotiation skills from planning to resolution to move forward.

I also bring emotional intelligence, negotiation capability, and calm problem-solving into every environment. From multicultural teams to high-stakes delivery, I work through complexity and build momentum. These are my real-world leadership "soft skills", earned and refined through experience.
